Privacy Policy

i2a Studio is the trading name of Michael Itua, based in the United Kingdom. We keep the personal information we collect to a minimum. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, chosen time and anything you write in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
• When you email us: your email address and what you send.
• When you work with us: the contact and business details needed to deliver the project and invoice you.

We don’t run advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and arrange calls (legitimate interests, and steps you ask us to take before a contract).
• To deliver projects, invoice you and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).

This website

The site stores one small item in your browser (your light or dark theme choice) so it remembers your preference. It is not used to identify you. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and some project videos from Cloudinary, so those providers may receive your IP address as part of serving files. The booking widget on the contact page loads from Cal.com and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business, such as Cal.com (bookings), our email and hosting providers and payment or accounting tools. They process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless they become a project. Project and invoice records are kept for at least six years, as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email mikey@i2astudio.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
